Vacature beschrijvingFor our client, a worldwide big player in FMCG, we are looking for a fulltime senior Customer Development Transformation Manager for the Out Of Home products. The company is situated in Rotterdam.What we offer:

  • Contract for 1 year, extension possible.
  • Salary between 7400 EUR and 8700 EUR, depending on experience
  • Possibility to apply as an Independent Contractor (max rate 107 EUR per hour)

Responsibilities:This role will be the Lead for the successful enablement of the CD setup for a standalone Ice Cream company that is geared for future success as a market leader in its industry. The role will be part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team led by the Ice Cream Chief Establishment Officer (Chief CO).Strategic Design of standalone IC BU (with a focus on GTM functions)

  • Creation of an the end-to-end CD setup including route to market and COE for a standalone Ice Cream company, and overseeing the transition across the region, while factoring in BU-specific nuances.
  • Create and implement of new GTM, distribution architecture, Cost Plus model, COE processes and tech systems, across BU’s.
  • Aligned to the Ice Cream Design Principles, co-create specific CD design principles that support the business strategy for the new Ice Cream company.
  • Proactively track and mitigate business, operational & project risks for BU.
  • Facilitate sign-off of key CD RTM and COE Plans.
  • Set-Up/Execution of new IC CD Organization:

7. Strategic Planning, Execution and Governance for CD Establishment:Experiences & Qualifications:

  • The preferred candidate would have 8-10 years of experience in sales / marketing with following key skills:
  • Systemic and strategic thinking: Being able to consider longer term implications for the business, elevating the conversation to business, society, and ecosystems. A deep understanding of CD and levers to pull, engaging others to prioritise and pursue opportunities that deliver significant growth for Unilever and have a positive impact on the world.
  • Owner’s mindset: Using financial acumen, data, and insights to inform their thinking that both makes the complex simple for others, creating a sense of urgency with a business edge and can show how those insights have created impact and delivered business value.
  • Business and Commercial Acumen: Understanding of various business, industry dynamics, and market trends is crucial, combined with a deep understanding of how Unilever serves customers to create a sustainable competitive and effective CD network.
  • Change Leadership and Communication prowess. Leading and landing transformative change, comfortable experimenting with new approaches, pushing themselves and others to achieve outstanding outcomes. Crafting communication narrative that is insspiring and compelling to drive change.
  • RTM strategy expertise: Experience and proficiency in managing route to market, distribution, roles, and processes that facilitate efficiency, collaboration, and adaptability.
  • Experience od working with CR/ COE Tech systems

Skills:

  • Advanced Problem-Solving skills (hypotheses generation and analytical bent of mind)
  • High understanding, familiarity and comfort with crunching and processing Big Data
  • MBA/Master’s degree from Tier 1, Tier 2 B school
  • Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
  • Looking for talent with – owners mindset, passion and agility

Required Skills:
