Any other European language skill is an advantage.This position offers a great opportunity to immerse yourself in our Order to Cash processes and grow within the role. As a Customer Master Data Operations Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring timely processing of new Customer set ups, changes, and own the governance processes around Customer Mater Data, helping to keep our customer accounts accurate and up to date.Main responsibilities of this role:Create and validate the customer setup according to the MDM rulebook and process any changes to the customer master dataWork closely with the local sales team, to make sure all relevant customer information is received, validated and set upCollaborate with the AR SSC to ensure correct credit and payment terms for the right customersDaily review of master data & employee portal queriesApprove new customer setup and existing customer changesCleaning- and maintenance of customer master dataValidate errors between SAP and SalesforceCollaborate with local sales and SSC ARDrive change management around Customer Master Data processes with internal StakeholdersDevelop and maintain strong business relationships with various stakeholders on all business levelsParticipate in various ad-hoc Group projects to improve order-to-cash processExecute other administrative tasksExperience and skills:Max. 1-2 years of experience as Customer Master Data Specialist or similar roleFresh graduate applications with relevant language skills are also welcomedExperience within a multinational working environment is an advantageKnowledge of SAP and MS Office Tools, sound Excel skills is an advantageFluency in Italian and English is a mustAny other European language knowledge over on the mentioned above is a plusProactive and hands-on mentalityStrong communicatorDetail oriented, and strong problem-solving skillsAnalytical mindsetWell-developed organization and prioritization skillsSecondary school certificate is a mustWhy us?At Nilfisk, we know that amazing people make amazing companies.
