About the role

The post holder work within the ResLife Team to deliver outstanding customer service within accommodation and conferences, providing first response to customers’ everyday queries, as well as supporting all student recruitment activities, and preparing our facilities, and supporting our events, for the arrival of out students in September

About you
We are looking to recruit a team  of Customer Services Advisors to support our 24/7 student support service in our Residential Services team. You will have experience of working in a busy and fast paced environment, demonstrate expertise in handling difficult situations using excellent interpersonal skills and have a strong customer service background.
