• Be the first point of call to clients and suppliers delivering great customer service & building outstanding working relationships with them
• Operate in a client facing role and deal with enquiries, queries & communications from clients while also responding to issues and challenging unnecessary call outs.
• Be responsible for dealing with contractors assigning jobs to contractors, then monitoring them ensuring the job is attended and completed to a satisfactory standard on time
• Manage and update business-critical issues daily, update systems to ensure complete transparency and work closely with the internal team to manage any issues.

What experience and skills does a Customer Service Advisor need?The be a successful Customer Service Advisor you’ll need to be:
