Short term contract Position : 6 months

The Team

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will join the Operations team, which is at the heart of Ankorstore business. The Operations team’s vision is to ease our customers’ life while proposing them great services.

Main responsibilities

You will be in charge of managing our customers’ requests and making sure we provide them with everything they need.

  • You will be the front line, go-to resource for customer questions and platform issues,
  • You will Support our Brand and Retailer partners with their requests, needs, and issues through a variety of channels including phone, email and chat. 
  • You will take care of complex issues regarding our marketplace Operations and find solutions to solve them as fast as possible, 
  • You will be involved in our continuous improvement process and propose new ideas or areas of improvement, 
  • You’re a team player and you like to support people.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Customer Care, Sales, or related experience,
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus,
  • You are a real problem solver,
  • You speak French and English on a proficient level,

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills,
  • Empathetic and understanding towards our customers’. Our mission is to ease our customer life, and we want to stick with this,
  • Organised, disciplined, and attention to details,
  • Confident adapting to a fast-paced company environment,
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task as our customer needs may be complex.
