Your tasks

• Customer Service support in the customer care process
• Communication with internal stakeholders
• Support Customer Operations in implementation of S4
• Responsible for monitoring work queues for new requests
• Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets
• Ensuring efficient customer complaint service
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reduce cycle time
• Responsible for escalation of issues if needed
• Continuous improvement of processes

• Order management in SAP
• Case management in Salesforce
• Back-office activities
• Data analysis

What we expect

• Experience in Customer Service in a corporate environment (

1 year) * Knowledge of English at B2 level and above (spoken and written)

• Knowledge of French or German (B2 level or above)
• Experience with SAP/Salesforce/any ERP system – nice to have
• Availability to join a company ASAP
• Openness to work on a temporary contract (12 months) with the potential possibility of extension
