Your tasks
- Customer Service support in the customer care process
- Communication with internal stakeholders
- Support Customer Operations in implementation of S4
- Responsible for monitoring work queues for new requests
- Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets
- Ensuring efficient customer complaint service
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reduce cycle time
- Responsible for escalation of issues if needed
- Continuous improvement of processes
- Order management in SAP
- Case management in Salesforce
- Back-office activities
- Data analysis
What we expect
- Experience in Customer Service in a corporate environment (
1 year) * Knowledge of English at B2 level and above (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of French or German (B2 level or above)
- Experience with SAP/Salesforce/any ERP system – nice to have
- Availability to join a company ASAP
- Openness to work on a temporary contract (12 months) with the potential possibility of extension
