My client is seeking a Telesales Representative who is a persuasive and motivated individual with a passion for sales, international business, and environmental sustainability. The ideal candidate will join their dynamic team and specialize in two core services: sourcing bulk used cooking oils across international borders and securing rental vehicles for internal company use.
In this multifaceted role, the Telesales Representative will proactively reach out to international partners for used cooking oil sourcing, negotiate agreements, coordinate logistics, and promote the company’s used cooking oil collection services and vehicle rental solutions. The primary goal will be to secure reliable oil sources while championing sustainable waste management practices and optimizing the company’s transportation needs.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish relationships with international suppliers and partners for sourcing bulk used cooking oils.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for the purchase and import/export of used cooking oils.
  • Coordinate logistics and documentation for the seamless transport of bulk oils across international borders.
  • Identify potential clients for used cooking oil collection and recycling services through market research, online databases, and outbound calling.
  • Create and maintain a database of leads for oil collection services, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospects for oil collection services, explaining the environmental benefits and cost efficiency.
  • Build rapport with clients and address their inquiries and concerns in a professional and persuasive manner.
  • Tailor oil collection services to match the specific sustainability goals of each client.
  • Convert leads into confirmed contracts for used cooking oil collection and recycling.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare and process necessary documentation for finalized contracts.
  • Customer Relationship Management (Oil Collection):
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients for oil collection services, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Address customer concerns and provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Keep detailed records of all interactions and transactions for both services using CRM software.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills with an understanding of international trade regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Excel software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Developing passion for environmental sustainability, waste reduction, and international business is a plus.
