- Handle inquiries from customers and internal teams via email. Your excellent communication skills will shine as you provide timely and effective support.
- Take charge of order entry, price checking, and order clearing, ensuring compliance with Eaton’s policies.
- Oversee the full coordination of delivery and billing across multiple product lines, ensuring seamless project order fulfillment for our external customers.
- Assist our sales teams across EMEA and external customers with product/service order fulfillment, end-to-end order status management, repair/calibrationrequests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements..
- Apply established policies and procedures to resolve issues, using proactive communication across our internal network of multiple product lines.
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Foster an environment that aligns with Eaton’s goals and philosophy, encourages continuous improvement, and buildsstrong customer relationships.
Elvárások
- Full-time student status (active/passive)
- Studies in progress in the field of economics
- Fluency in English AND Italian
- Commitment of at least 20-25 hours per week
- Reliable, precise attitude
- Good problem solving skills
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage
