Are you an experienced Customer Service Manager looking for your next challenge?   • Proven experience managing customer service or sales teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to drive sales and enhance customer experience
  • Automotive or technical knowledge is beneficial but not essential

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Leading, coaching, and motivating the team to achieve service and sales targets
  • Overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and a positive customer experience
  • Using data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and performance
  • Working closely with marketing teams to enhance customer engagement
