Responsibilities:

– Manage a broad range of customer service tasks, contributing directly to business growth and customer satisfaction.

– Play a key role in the ongoing business transformation into our client Health Systems, driving innovation and excellence across the organization.

Requirements:

– Prior experience in customer service, with the ability to handle a diverse range of queries and issues effectively.

– Strong decision-making skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a flexible mindset to adapt to changing business needs.

– Proficiency in using various IT tools and systems, particularly Salesforce, ServiceMax, SAP, etc.

– Fluent level of English is required and Dutch or French is a big plus.
