• Responsible for perfect End-to-End order fulfilment, from order receipt to delivery ensuring customer satisfaction within Emulsion Polymers business

• Covering own client portfolio and keeping a good relationship with both external and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate all customer requests within the organisation, effective cooperation with different departments
• Proactively monitor open orders and deliveries to avoid and resolve issues at the earliest possibility and mitigate negative impact of unavoidable disturbances

• Document, investigate and follow up of internal and external complaints

Qualifications:What YOU will bring to the team:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Strong, decided personality
• Solution oriented mindset, analytical thinking
• Customer focus

• SAP knowledge, experience in Supply Chain is advantage
