As a Customer Service OTC Eastern Europe professional, your responsibilities are:

• Manage order-to-cash (OTC) processes for clients in Eastern Europe.
• Ensure accurate and timely order entry and follow-up.
• Provide high-quality customer support and address inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as supply chain and finance to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Monitor delivery schedules and inform customers of any updates.
• Contribute to process improvements within the customer service department.
