Short Description
We are SEE, a world-class company servicing global packaging with the commitment to make our world better than we found it.

Why we need you?
-You will receive and process Customer orders (and arrange for product manufacture)
-You will be in charge to oversee all functions from the point at which an order is received until the Customer has received satisfaction.
-You will successfully negotiate with Production for availability of goods and communicate the outcome.  
-Expedite late orders and the communication of this information.
-Act as a central communication medium between Sales/logistic and other relevant departments of Sealed Air
-Prepare and send out Reports to Sales on regular basis.

-You have a good command of computer programs, in order to support the archiving of orders and customer databases;
-You have a good problem-solving ability, acting with clarity even in situations of high stress;
-You possess self-control and remain calm. Operators often receive phone calls from angry and nervous customers who may use an agitated tone of voice. In cases such as these, it is necessary to empathize with the client, trying to understand his or her point of view and provide reassurance that the problem will be solved within a short period of time;
-You have a good knowledge of English language as you will be operating across very different sectors;
