Customer Service Specialist📍Warsaw (hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)📝 Full-time employment contract🎁 Comprehensive benefits package + performance-based bonusWe are currently supporting our client – a leading international company in the chemical manufacturing industry – in the search for a proactive and detail-orientedCustomer Service Specialist to join their growing team.Your responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding service to assigned B2B customers across international markets
• Oversee the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, ensuring smooth and timely execution
• Monitor order status and proactively address any issues that may impact customer satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and provide professional, solution-oriented responses
• Collaborate closely with internal departments (sales, logistics, finance) and global teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal standards

What we’re looking for:

• A Master’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field is an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or business operations in an international environment. Nice to have
• Familiarity with SAP (especially the SD module) is a strong plus.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work effectively in a team
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
• Very good at English and one of the following languages is required: Italian, Swedish, Dutch, Slovak, Portuguese, Czech, French, Spanish, Hungarian, German, Serbian, Croatian, Romanian.
