Customer Service Specialist with Finnish and English

- Provide assistance via phone, chats and mails from Finnish-speaking clients (streaming industry)
- Address contract and billing inquiries
- Serve B2B and B2C clients
- Providing high quality customer service
- Fluency in Finnish (C1 level), and English written and verbal (B2)
- Communication skills and openness to working with people
- Problem solving skills
