Customer service specialist with German&English
00119614Verification of the identity and age of German-speaking bank clients via video chat.
- Identifying and reporting cases of document forgery and fraud.
- Ensuring full compliance with applicable legal regulations and the company’s internal rules regarding identity verification.
- Managing customer documentation.
- Collaborating with the team and regularly reporting to the team manager.
- Fluent knowledge of German at a minimum level of B2+/C1
- Good knowledge of English at least at a B1 level.
- Strong communication skills and ease in building relationships.
- Openness to shift work and working on weekends.
- Experience in a similar position is an additional advantage.
