We are recruiting a Customer Services Executive to work for a fast growing beauty brand based in central London.The role will be to manage one other person and you will be a team of 2. There is also a customer service team in the US and you will liaise with them too. You will look after any queries predominantly via e-mail and instant messaging responding to customers promptly about product delivery, information etc. You will gain product knowledge to make sure that should there be any complaints you are able to deal with these effectively. As this still a rapidly growing and fast moving company they are looking for someone to still implement some procedures and really lead the customer service function.This will be a really busy role and will require 3 days a week in the office, the hours will be am-5.30pm and you will not do much outside of this at all.Working for really well known fast growing beauty brandReally friendly team and good work/ life balanceYou will have worked in Customer Service and ideally within beauty. You will certainly have a strong interest in the beauty world. You will also have experience managing at least one person, but you don’t need to have managed a large team. You will also ideally have implemented best practice and ways of doing things.They are a fast growing and super fast growing beauty brand.
