With a dynamic team of 59 professionals from diverse backgrounds, we currently manage €20 billion in agricultural goods and serve clients across 100 countries.Role OverviewAs a Customer Success Associate DACH, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience with our German-speaking customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with our products and services. You will work closely with clients to maximize their success with the company’s products and services, driving retention, satisfaction, and growth.Key Responsibilities:Onboarding new customersOnboard new customers by transferring their data to our platform & giving trainings. All while building a personal relationship with your new client.Customer Engagement & Relationship BuildingAct as a key contact for assigned customers, responding to inquiries and ensuring they have a positive experience. This with the goal of fostering relationships with customers and gathering feedback.Customer Health Monitoring & Issue ResolutionTrack customer engagement and usage data, and step in when you see early warning signs.Customer Advocacy & Feedback CollectionGather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to support product improvements.
