Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Be the link between customer request and solution
• Ask the right questions and give tailor-made advice
• Support the Sales team
• Perform in- and outbound calls
• Keep the CRM systems up-to-date
• Work independently and ensure that pre-set goals are achieved
• Show creativity and responsibility

Candidate Profile for Customer Success Specialist

• Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French is a plus
• Minimum MBO on working and thinking level
• Knowledge and experience with CRM systems
• Good knowledge of Word and Excel and familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications
• An accurate, independent and results-oriented person with a care-giving attitude
• Analytical, meticulous and service-oriented individual
