In your role, you are the leader of the team, but work as part of the team and largely perform the same tasks as the rest of the team. You focus more on developing and finding ways to perform better and reach the set targets, as well as disseminating important information to the group.You will support the Department Manager by taking on extra responsibility and ensuring regular follow-up with both employees and customers.Your Role: Lead, Support, and Drive GrowthWe are on an exciting growth journey and see this role as essential to strengthening our service offerings and improving internal processes.   • A structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to set and prioritize customer procedures
