We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid. Responsibilities:Your role as Data & AI Translator Academic will involve:

• Collaborate with academic teams to understand their needs and identify opportunities for data and AI applications.
• Translate academic requirements into clear, actionable project briefs for data scientists and AI specialists.
• Prioritize and manage the pipeline of data and AI projects, balancing strategic goals and operational demands.
• Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering mutual understanding.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and assess the impact of implemented solutions.
• Facilitate training and workshops to enhance data literacy and promote AI adoption among academic teams.

Qualifications:To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in managing data or AI projects (It is a must), preferably in an educational or academic environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into user-friendly insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and AI applications.
• A passion for education and a drive to make a meaningful impact.
