Dashboards and insights will be used by the management teams of ING and NN to steer the business.You’ll work closely together with the ING’s Tribe Insurance Data Analyst to support the business teams. Together you’ll do ad-hoc analysis and generate key insights to support sales, retention programs and customer journey development.Based on business needs and your own insights, you’ll develop requirements to capture and structure data which is currently not exploitable.What we are looking for:You fluently translate business needs and questions into technical queries.You can transform millions of data rows into stunning graphs and meaningful insights.You have a passion to automate repetitive tasks and avoid manual work.You are eager to learn more about the business and test new tools and technologies.You are a colleague with a talent for taking it on and making it happen.You strive to bring fresh ideas to life and embrace challenges in a fast changing and complex environment.You are a naturally collaborative person who listens and invests in others to achieve common goals.You love to challenge the status quo and are eager to propose creative solutions to problems.You are flexible and are stress-resistant.A background in banking or insurance is a plus.NL or FR and ENG is required.Your experience:Ideally 1-5 years’ hands-on experience as a data analyst.
