The Business Process Support team is the SAP competencies center in Manufacturing Enzymes Europe MEE, supporting the function with all items related to the use of SAP. The core responsibilities include General support and Training, Software automation (RPA), Technology implementations (e.g. scanners), Data and KPI visualization and availability (Knime and PowerBI), and coordinating off-shored activities. Additionally, the department has regional responsibilities on corporate business processes such as the Annual Budget process (revision for all materials in MEE) and creation of master data.The team currently consists of 4 people specialized in above core areas. The team supports all 1000+ employees, and a good network and people skills is essential succeeding in this role. In this role you will have the following main responsibilities; Annual Budget back-up and over time take on the main responsibility, creation of master data regional super user, enabling automatization, and data and KPI visualization. Additionally, training and ad hoc support of users with master data and historical performance is part of the role.Finally, Novonesis has started a major project to combine and update the two legacy SAP systems from previous Novozymes and Christian Hansen to SAP S4Hana. The project is focused on standardizing and harmonizing processes which will enable new ways of optimization. It makes the work more scalable which will add a more global context to the role over time. The Business Process Support team will also play a central role during roll out in MEE.Welcome to Manufacturing Enzymes Europe (MEE)Manufacturing Enzymes Europe (MEE) consists of six production sites distributed in Denmark and Germany, producing enzymes and HMOs. MEE has more than 1,000 dedicated employees producing over 150 different enzymes and HMOs in a 24/7 operation.In this role you’ll make an impact by:The tasks are complex in various ways ranging from data heavy, communication focused, and understanding ‘customer’ needs. Hence, you will require both technical and analytical skills working with data models and various systems and software, as well as communicating in a clear and concise way, to support decision making. At the same time, you will be maintaining a larger network of stakeholders and ensuring a good collaboration and satisfaction. You will work independently, but also work with your colleagues in the team, colleagues in the line of business, and with colleagues in the Global Competence Center in India.To succeed you must:Have experience (5+ years) from similar role with large data management, and relevant education; Supply Chain Management/Production Engineering/Planning/Chemical EngineeringHave profound knowledge of concepts for operations management and business processesHave advanced Experience with SAP or similar system and data managementHave experience with tools such as KNIME and PowerBi or similarPossess good analytical skills and communication of informationBe structured, decisive, and independent, with the ability to prioritize, establish overview and coordinate between several stakeholders.
