Dublin.This is a Fixed-Term, Full-Time, 35 hours contract. The fixed-term contract is for 2 years.Salary will be based on HSE 2022 Grade IV scale – DOEAcquired Brain Injury Ireland provides community-based residential rehabilitation services to people living with brain injury in Ireland. Our mission is to serve, advocate, empower and support people impacted by brain injury to rebuild their lives. Our staff are driven by the desire to maximise the abilities of the person suffering from a brain injury.The Data and Payroll Administrator will work as a key member of the P&C team in the efficient and effective day to day running of the P&C Department. This will include the management of dataflows into and out of the P&C office, the provision of administrative support to the payroll department and promoting, embedding and monitoring risk and data protection practice, processes and compliance across the Organisation.Role Duties:P&C Systems and Administration
- Preparing data for the payroll department
- Responding to day to day payroll queries and requests from managers and employees by email and phone.
- Responsible for Pension data administration
- Responsible for Bike to Work Scheme
- Supporting the updating of data on the HRIS. (Rezoomo/Softworks)
Data Protection Support
- Administration of the Data Protection system
- Promote a data protection/privacy culture within the Organisation
- Relevant Data Protection communications and training deployed
- Supporting employees in relation to data protection related queries
Qualification:
- Microsoft Office Suite
Essential Criteria:
- Administration skills
- Demonstrable success at ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in carrying out work responsibilities
- Microsoft office proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience of working in the Sector with a familiarity of regulation is desirable
- Data protection or GDPR relevant experience
- Basic payroll knowledge
