Your TasksDiscover OPerational Growth EXcellence (OPEX) , the new commercial drumbeat and a key initiative for Beiersdorf Europe & North America, delivering incremental Net Sales opportunities. OPEX is a repeatable growth program, which uses unique and new data points and new analytical approaches in a way that covers all growth levers.As Data & Insight Analyst on our regional OPEX program, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our data-driven decision-making process. You will work across multiple verticals, including sales, marketing, and finance and for many different markets in Europe & North America, inc. selected travel opportunities. You will uncover valuable commercial insights based on excellent data to build strong mid-term action plans and inform our strategic direction. You will work in a collaborative and innovative environment, providing continuous learning and development opportunities:
- Conduct data driven analyses and foster category excellence to support local teams in generating insights and interpretation needs (reported in PowerBI; PPT & XLS),
- Conduct comprehensive data cleansing/processing/mapping/aggregation/enrichment to enable reporting and complex analysis preparation,
- Manage diverse datasets from multiple sources; implement visual enhancements,
- Conduct ad hoc analyses and custom reports to address business problems and support decision making processes,
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies,
- Implement best practices for data governance, ensure upmost end-to-end data quality along defined gates and track quality with defined standards and KPIs,
- Ensure all data handling is executed with precision,
- Identify opportunities to automate data processes and workflows,
- Collaborate with international teams to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
Your Profile
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics , Business, Economics, Computer Science or Information Technology,
- Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience in analytics/data analysis, business intelligence or related field,
- Previous experience in the consumer product industry as a plus,
- Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.,
- Good understanding of Power BI and database management/SQL,
- Knowledge of Python , Pyspark, CSV as an asset,
- Advanced in statistical analysis and data visualization techniques,
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality,
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking,
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively work with both business and technical teams,
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,
- Strong drive and initiative-taking attitude towards achieving results,
- Proficiency in English (written & spoken); Polish is a plusreer Connect).
