About the Role

We are looking for a Data Manager to create and manage insights and analytics solutions that turn data into powerful insights. In this role, you should have a background in data and social media analysis and listening. You should be analytical and an excellent communicator. If you also have business acumen and problem-solving aptitude, we’d like to meet you.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social listening strategies aligned with client objectives
  • Set up of the listening tool dashboard like Brandwatch and other tools
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of social listening data to extract actionable insights
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to communicate data-driven insights for informed decision-making also collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into strategic improvements or learnings
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in social listening practices.
  • Daily monitoring the digital and social earned media landscape to identify conversations that may impact on the perception of the brand.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Tracking earned media through daily monitoring identifying potential crises, trends or key cultural moments for the client
  • Daily reports and end of event report (Olympics and Paralympics)ging, level-appropriate projects and opportunities to learn new skills, contributing to overall team success.

About You

The essentials:

  • Experience working in Digital and Social Media (Social Listening or Business Intelligence)
  • Strong knowledge of how Social Media platforms work (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube);
  • Strong knowledge of Social Media Listening Tools (Brandwatch, Trendpop, Winning)
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Industry experience 
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Understanding of Branding, Marketing, and Research Communication;
  • Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI)
  • Familiarity with Media Tools (e.g., Business Manager, DV360)
  • Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
  • Proficiency in English and French
