Data Modeller
Location: Hybrid (London)
Job Type: Contract – 3 – 6 Months
Daily Rate: GBP500 per day OUTSIDE IR35
Concept Resourcing are currently working with one of the UK’s leading IT cloud solutions providers, on a central government project. We are seeking an experienced Data Modeller to join their team and contribute to the success of various IT projects, incidents, and user support requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Essential knowledge of 3NF and OLTP required.
* Collaborate on optimizing data flow and operational efficiency.
* Data Modelling experience and will be proficient in conceptual, logical & physical model using industry standard data modelling tools.
* Ability to define modelling standards, practices, and common data models including, data modelling, data lineage, data ownership and stewardship.
* Experience with RDBMS architectures with the ability to synthesise complex data problems into logical models and physical solutions.
* Capability to create conceptual, logical and physical data models from business processes.
* Skills to conduct business workshops to gather requirements.
* Strong modelling capability with the ability to clearly represent complex ideas graphically.
* Experience in developing data models and data workflows in the finance space
* Familiar with a variety of modelling approaches, tools (Sparx as a pre-requisite) and model repositories.
