We are recruiting Data Product Owners for Finance domains 

Our ambition is to create a data-driven competitive advantage through solid foundations and serving use cases by offering @speed, @scale, @quality data.

Each team works on a specific domain and is responsible for writing the data story of its business. We are entrepreneurs, passionate, team players and curious. It is the beginning of our adventure and we are looking for our teammates.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO IN NUTSHELL!

We can summarize your missions in 3 main objectives:

  • Building the Finance Data Domain Layer to ensure the availability/quality of data needed for AI and analytics use cases (integration, acquisition, cleansing, harmonization and structuring in layers of Data-platform)
  • Work closely with the IT and Finance Business Owners to align with the enterprise data strategy and governance
  • Accompany & Develop the data needs of business teams across different use cases 
  • Be part of the Finance Transformation Program to upskill Finance population 

IF YOU WANT TO GO FURTHER INTO DETAIL, THIS IS WHAT YOU COULD EXPECT TO DO

  • Define use case data strategy and vision with the functional Product Owner and IT group. The resulting data model must be agnostic versus use cases.
  • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional business requirements.
  • Identify integration needs for further use cases data acquisition.
  • Structure datasets in various layers of data platform.
  • Prepare data for use cases by creating governed Business Objects.
  • Co-design analytics tools with functional Product Owner and IT to leverage the structured data.
  • Define key success metrics.
  • Create test scenarios and supervise data validation with testing factory.
  • Participate in business analyses to find patterns through algorithms, interpret statistical information

The skills that you will need to make an impact: 

First and foremost, we love people that are curious, collaborative, eager to have an impact and who value innovation, autonomy, and team spirit.

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to:

  • Have an Engineering or Business Education background, with a Data orientation
  • Have more than 2 years of previous experience in leading projects or in finance operational positions. 
  • Be very Data Driven with strong analytic skills
  • Show great interest in our functional Business specificities

And finally, you may not be an expert with all requirements listed below, however, you must show great curiosity in understanding the non-mastered technologies such as SQL or GCP, or analytics tools.
