The role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex data protection matters, including GDPR compliance, regulatory investigations, data breach management, and cross-border data transfers, collaborating with top-tier specialists across the firm’s global network.The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded data protection practice, either in private practice or in-house. Strong technical expertise in EU and Irish data protection law, as well as experience advising on regulatory and compliance matters, is essential.
