The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in advanced analytics and a track record of production-grade implementations.Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy data science solutions using ML, NLP, LLMs, and optimization techniques.
- Transform complex datasets into actionable insights using Python, SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Work with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and big data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark).
- Contribute to full project lifecycle: from exploratory analysis to production deployment.
- Ensure code quality, reproducibility, and integration with production systems.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics and data science projects.
- Proficiency in Python; familiarity with Scala and/or Spark is a plus.
- Strong skills in SQL, data wrangling, and ETL processes.
- Solid understanding of ML, NLP, and optimization techniques.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux, Git, and version control best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
- Knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem (Cloudera is a plus).
- Strong communication skills – ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Practical experience delivering solutions into controlled production environments.
- Agile mindset and ability to work in iterative development cycles.
- Master’s degree in Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (PhD is a plus)
