Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of deli operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and customer service
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maximise profitability
• Train, mentor, and motivate a team of deli staff to deliver exceptional service and quality
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Collaborate with management to develop promotions and strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in deli management or a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for food and commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
