If you would like to help build the future, we hope you will join us on our journey.Fastmarkets is owned by global private equity firm Astorg, a specialist investor in healthcare, software, technology, business services and technology-based industrial companies.Job DescriptionThe Delivery Manager is a key role within Technology responsible for the delivery of mission-critical projects. The focus is on ownership of end-to-end delivery for technology projects, including planning and execution for new projects, M&A integration and other opportunities including but not limited to Data and AI initiatives. The Delivery Manager will also be involved in projects in the Digital Platforms space, including the flagship Fastmarkets Platform, partnering closely with the Platform Programme Manager, Engineering and Product teamsto ensure delivery occurs on time, to budget and in line with customer needs.Principal Accountabilities
- Drive key software & related infrastructure delivery initiatives to completion
- Actively manage risk in projects and find ways to proactively remove barriers to delivery
- Engage in new projects including M&A and inform capacity planning and capacity building
- Partner with Engineering Managers as well as partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Provide metrics and reporting to CTO, Digital Product and wider stakeholders
- Manage and organize QA, Release and Scrum management disciplines to optimize delivery, maximise maintainability and minimise technical debt

- Project and Programme Management experience, familiar with delivery methodologies, with relevant accreditation an advantage
- Senior experience within a technology management role, understanding agile methodologies, software development life cycle, with a focus on maximising productivity and getting results
- Cross-functional stakeholder management including ability to provide the right metrics and reporting to inspire confidence, and communicate to technical and non-technical audiences
- People management skills including line management and vendor management highly valued
- Basic appreciation of financial management processes including CapEx and OpEx planning
