Delivery Manager
I. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOwning and managing the delivery roadmap for specific regions including provider connection requests, new provider launches, and new product or product change implementations.Working closely with different departments in the company to coordinate, report, and monitor the delivery progress of the overall roadmap for the assigned region.Communicating regularly with operators and vendors, providing them with clear and regular updates during the whole delivery life-cycle.Assisting in the planning of incoming requests and projects, as well as assisting in any capacity to streamline the delivery of projects.Leading kick-off and status meetings to communicate project objectives, deliverables, and expectations to the development and operation teams.Working with relevant stakeholders to ensure the readiness of different environments for deployment and testing by expected internal and external teams for assigned regions.Identifying opportunities to improve delivery predictability, throughput, and quality.Participating in the driving of improvement of ways of working, standards, and principles.Maintain transparent communication with immediate manager, with respect to work undertaken and ensure that performance standards/expectations should not get breached.Regularly update and consult with direct manager regarding ongoing tasks and projects.Provide timely progress reports and seek guidance as needed to ensure efficient workflow.Attend contribute to team huddles, meetings ad hoc meetings when required.Assist in additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or management to support the achievement of department and organizational goals.II. INFORMATION LINKS AND RELATIONSHIPIn his/her everyday work the Delivery Manager is subordinate to his/her superior or to the Managing Director of the Company, according to the approved Company s organizational chart.Work closely with all relevant parties both inside and outside of the company.What Were Looking ForII. REQUIREMENTHigh proficiency in English and excellent oral and written communication in English are a must.2+ years of software project management experience.Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a must. Experience with other Atlassian products is an advantage.Experience with change management policy implementation is a benefit.Proactive, detail-attentive individual self-motivated, goal-oriented, team player.Exceptional interpersonal skills, open-minded, out-of-the-box thinker.Ability to communicate equally well with clients, managers, team leaders, and developers.Ability to motivate and drive colleagues towards success.Able to comprehend any business-related information from various sources (such as BI, media, etc.).Excellent analysis skills.Exceptional presentation skills.Capable of handling and managing multiple projects excellent multitasking skills are a must.Any Scrum Master, PM or PO certification is a benefit.Travel Expectations: NoneAdditional Information: Depending on the nature of your role, you may be required to register with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.
