Our Salesforce alliance is a strategic priority for Deloitte Digital, so this is an opportunity to join a fast-growing, well supported team, with exciting opportunities to get involved in project and programs that are changing the way our clients do business.About the role:Functional consultant who engages in Salesforce deliveries for large scale enterprises comprising various cloud and technology implementationsReview business processes and use cases in order to recommend well considered Salesforce solutions, out of the box and bespoke where appropriateDocument user journeys, layouts, epics, stories, and other life-cycle artefacts in Salesforce friendly formatsMember of the scrum team(s) during delivery phases and product releasesBuild, test, deploy and document Salesforce configuration/administrator related changesHelp clients leverage or use their data in relevant ways; data analytics, reporting, dashboards, data mapping, data migrationStay abreast of newly available solutions and Salesforce features as they become relevant for the client and its customersConduct end-user training and coachingAbout you:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build relationships with key client stakeholdersStrong experience in a similar role and environmentExperience working as part of a team using an Agile methodologyCertified Salesforce administrator/developer preferred but not essentialIf you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
