La Vie™Job DescriptionYour RoleLa Vie is on a mission to revolutionize plant-based food, with international expansion driving our growth. We’re looking for a motivated intern to join our Operations team as a Demand Planning Intern.In this role, you’ll support the forecasting and inventory planning processes to ensure optimal product availability, while minimizing waste and excess stock.Your MissionsForecasting & demand analysis 📦Assist in building short and long-term demand forecasts based on sales data, market trends, and commercial insightsAnalyze historical data and identify key demand patterns and seasonalityMonitor forecast accuracy and help propose improvements to forecasting modelsInventory & supply chain support 📊Collaborate with the operations team to manage stock levels and anticipate supply needsSupport the coordination of production planning to align with demandHelp identify risks of out of stock or overstock situations and propose mitigating actionsCross-functional coordination 🧠Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to gather qualitative inputs for demand planningSupport internal meetings and report key metrics related to demand and inventoryAssist with tools and dashboards used for forecasting and performance trackingPreferred ExperienceHard SkillsYou have an academic background in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering or related analytical fieldsYou have strong analytical skills 👉 Excel/Google Sheets skills is a big plusYou are fluent in English and in FrenchSoft SkillsYou are methodical, detail-oriented and abode all highly organized !You are curious and want to learn and improve processesYou enjoy working in a team and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentRecruitment ProcessYou will have a first video call with the HR team and a second interview with your future manager, Rory, followed by a business case !What makes La Vie unique ?🌱 Impact: We exist to put a happy end to animal-intensive farming.
