* Be the go-to IT problem solver – provide exceptional hands-on support to our European offices.
* Collaborate with the Global IT Helpdesk to ensure first-class service delivery.
* Tackle incidents, manage changes, and work on problem resolution like a pro.
* Lead the annual computer refresh program and keep our tech up-to-date.
* Optimise and improve IT service processes to keep things running better than ever.
* Be a key player in Incident and Problem Management for local facilities.

x1F4BB; Your Skills and Experience:

* Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
* 4+ years in IT service delivery within a global organisation.
* Proficient in Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Windows OS.
* Hands-on experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
* Fluent in English (French or German is a bonus).
