We use innovative science and new technologies to address some of the healthcare system most challenging issues.As Digital Health Innovation Manager, you will lead efforts to leverage technology and innovation delivering ‘beyond-the-pill’ solutions helping patients, caregivers, physicians and many within the healthcare ecosystem solve some of the toughest challenges in delivering better quality healthcare.Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Helping to create and execute a vision to position Novartis as a unique and innovative company which plays a crucial role in digital health by helping the healthcare ecosystem leverage technology and innovation for better quality healthcare.
  • Building strategic partnerships with a wide variety of ecosystem stakeholders (e.g. technology vendors, start-ups, incubators, accelerators, innovation networks, public institutions), enhancing our collaborations and innovation output to develop patient-centric solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to consider and evaluate problems from multiple angles and uncover customer needs to ensure the proper creation of early ideas into innovative solutions to address these needs.
  • Manage portfolio of innovative solutions end-to-end including search, identification, adaptation, overseeing pilots/PoC testing and scale-ups of the solutions to address the needs.
  • Measuring performance of the innovations, optimizing accordingly to drive impact at scale.
  • Understand digital innovation trends to initiate, develop and deliver short- to mid-term innovation for the country & cluster.
  • Sharing experience & best practices above-the-country promoting Novartis IM Poland as digital innovation hub to attract investment.
  • Manage, design, organize and co-ordinate events with ecosystem partners / co-ordinate our presence at major innovation events.

Role RequirementsWhat you’ll bring to the role:
Essential:

  • Demonstrable practical evidence in implementing digital health innovations in hospitals is a must (previous work in hospital will be an advantage).
  • Digital health enthusiast with the ability and courage to question the “status quo”, think and act innovatively.
  • Ability to think and act strategically and conceptually.
  • Analytical skills and ability to deliver quality work under pressure.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Ability to speak and understand the language of our customers.
  • Proficiency in Polish and English (oral and written) is a must.
