You are primarily responsible for determining the overall strategic, operational and technical scope of new business opportunities with customers and prospects.

Part business analyst, part technologist, part salesperson, the Digital Healthcare Solutions Project Manager (m/f/d) works closely with sales teams to understand strategic business issues and then craft and communicate solution strategies.

What you will do

  • Developing growth strategies and plans for dedicated region

  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products all aspects of connectivity portfolio providing innovative data and connectivity solutions & services in a specific region as well as in EMEA region, together with Data Solution Support Specialist (DSSS team)

  • Managing project progress and adapt work as required

  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Working closely with product management, engineering, services, marketing, and support teams to provide input and share experiences

  • Provide technical consultation and education for our Data Analytics platform CODE-STAT, LIFENET products and other connected solutions to customers and internal Stryker teams.

  • Earning client and partner trust through technical and functional expertise

  • Writing business proposals for 3-rd party collaboration and ecosystem build-up.

  • Drive new business development

  • Be an international partner in pre-sales to post-implementation matters from prehospital to acute care business.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams across the continuum of care to deliver exceptional customer service as well as drive new opportunities to growth.

  • Play a key role in team member coaching, providing subject matter expert feedback.

  • Support new product launches

  • Analyze business data, identifying and detailing trends and gaps.

  • Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.

What you will need

  • Degree or equivalent combination of education and highly relevant work experience

  • Minimum three years highly applicable Project management experience. And more than three years in Medical informatics / information technology, ideally in a healthcare industry environment. Plus more than 5 years experience in providing remote technical or IT support

  • With your excellent communication skills in German and English you can negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.

  • You are able to pay attention to every detail as well thinking in a big picture and build a vision.

  • Working knowledge of computer systems, Web-based applications, and IP-based communication technology

  • Experience with Cellular data communications (GPRS/EV-DO/HSPA+/LTE)

  • Familiar Computer Security, Client-Server and Cloud computing concepts.

  • With your excellent task management skills including prioritization skills you are able to drive your projects.

  • Ability to solve complex problems following established policies and procedures

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

Thanks to our flexible working hours model, you will have the opportunity to work partially from the home office.

We offer an international team and working environment, therefore you are willing to travel across EMEA (focus on France). (30% in average)
