Saxo operates an international website – home.saxo – supporting visitors from many countries around the world. In this role you will take responsibility for the international version, setting a strategic direction and working with UX experts, copy-editors and CRO specialists to plan and implement updates and optimizations.Your goals is to continuously improve the engagement level and conversion rates. We have a very strong team of experience editors who will support you on this mission.What you will be doing:Develop, lead and own the strategy for the international version of the website, which is a major lead generator for Saxo todayGenerate ideas and help create a fantastic online experience that showcases our products, platforms and the overall Saxo story in a compelling wayEnsure that the website is compliant and overall contains high quality contentMonitor and report on website performance and conversions, providing insightful analysis for ongoing improvementsStay on top of our competitors’ websites and general trends in the digital worldCollaborate with the CRO manager to optimize the website and run A/B testingChart a best-practice course to be replicated on the local variations of the websiteLiaise closely with the UX lead, the tech lead and the website experience managers in order to define the best possible experienceWork cross-functionally with our demand generation teams and creative colleaguesYou can probably tick most of these boxes:5+ years of experience in managing large, multi-lingual websites in the e-commerce spaceStrong knowledge in Digital Marketing, CRO, SEO, UX design and analyticsProficiency in digital marketing tools (experience with Adobe Experience Cloud is considered an advantage)Special emphasis on a track-record in working with and improving conversion ratesExperience with financial services or a strong personal interest to learnKnowledge of content and digital asset management systemsExceptional stakeholder management skills, ability to navigate with ease in a large organization with HQ and local officesDemonstrated ability to align and deliver on multiple business objectivesStrong analytical skills, combined with curiosity and an eye for detailExcellent communication abilities, both in writing and speakingAbility to handle multiple tasks, plan workload and prioritize appropriatelyJoin us in shaping the future of our global website and driving commercial success through compelling user experiences.
