Digital MarTech Procut Owner – Salary between £60,000 – £80,000.For anybody looking to expand their MarTech knowledge and be part of one of the biggest digital transformations working with Adobe’s latest technology stack. Aviva embark on their journey to adopt an always on event drive eco-system supported by Adobe’s real-time CDP (AEP) and Journey Optimizer. In addition, taking our analytics to the next level with Customer Journey Analytics.Looking for experienced Product Owners with well rounded digital and technical knowledge, any hands on experience within Adobe’s experience cloud would be beneficial (Adobe Campaign, Target, Analytics, Audience Manager, Launch, AEP/AJO/CJA).A bit about the job:This new martech stack will allow us to leverage all of Aviva’s data to better understand our customers, anticipate their needs, and enable our Marketing teams to take better actions.The Product Owner will be accountable for the successful delivery of the MarTech stack, owning the day-to-day delivery, vision, and product roadmap. They will build meaningful relationships with collaborators to understand opportunities, shape requirements, and prioritise the backlog to maximise product value. They will coordinate the activities of an agile delivery team, work in collaboration with Marketing, Go to Market, IT, Data Science, Risk and Governance teams to deliver the product backlog. The MarTech Product Owner is responsible, alongside other members of the Delivery Team, for uplifting Agile capability across the team.Aviva operates a “smart working” policy meaning that we spend approximately half of our time working in an office, and this role is based in London.Skills and experience we’re looking for:Experience as Product Owner, or similar role who is focused on maximising value for our customers, in marketing technologies products.Hands on experience of implementing new marketing technologies especially Adobe products (Adobe Experience Platform, Target, Journey Optimizer, Campaign, Analytics).Ability to actively drive and maintain product roadmaps by collaborating with the Product Manager.Experienced champion of Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban) within teams and stakeholders.Experience of shaping propositions from the start and seeing them through to successful completion.What you’ll get for this role:Our purpose – with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
