Join our Digital & Data team as Digital Product Owner, and you can help make it happen. Your job? Developing and implementing comprehensive product strategies, leading product launches, and continuously improving our digital marketing solutions to meet the needs of healthcare professionals (HCP) and patients globally.

Main responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development : Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for the Omnichannel Digital Marketing Suite

  • Product Launch : Lead the launch of the suite, ensuring timely and effective deployment

  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and sales, to align product development with company goals and market needs

  • Market Analysis : Conduct market research to understand HCP and patient needs, and incorporate insights into product features

  • Product Enhancement : Continuously evaluate and improve the product based on feedback and technological advancements

  • Compliance Adherence : Ensure all product features and marketing efforts comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards

  • Team Leadership : Mentor and guide junior product managers and other team members

About you

  • Experience : Proven track record in launching and managing digital products, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

  • Skills : Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, and expertise in digital marketing and omnichannel strategies

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred

  • Other : Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory environments, strong communication, and interpersonal skills, innovative thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
