Join Oxford Saïd Online, a pioneering initiative by Oxford Saïd, focusing on delivering cutting-edge online programmes across various formats and markets. As a Digital Project Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the online learning experience. This dynamic position requires a skilled project manager with a customer-centric approach, capable of handling multiple projects, ensuring quality and meeting tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

– Lead the development of online programmes, converting faculty ideas into comprehensive 6-8 week courses.

– Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty, EdTech partners, marketing and operational teams, ensuring smooth programme production.

– Execute and control development budgets, conduct financial modelling and plan resource allocation to meet production schedules.

– Collaborate with technical and operational departments, both internal and external, building service level agreements.

You must have demonstrable project management experience within a high-performance customer service role, showcasing the ability to plan, manage and track multiple projects without compromising quality. You should also have a track record of effectively managing budgets, including building cost elements and tracking actual expenditures against a budget.
