Position: DT Medical Affairs Lead – Business AnalystLocation: BelgiumFTE: 16-20 hours per weekClient: Global BiotechnologyPlanet Pharma are partnered with a global leading biotechnology, who are currently looking for a Digital Technology Business Analyst/ DT Medical Affairs Lead to lead the project to replace the current Scientific Literature Management platform by gathering and analyzing user requirements, preparing and distributing an RFI, evaluating vendor responses, and helping to create a detailed RFP. This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders throughout the process to ensure all needs are accurately captured and addressed.Key Responsibilities:

• Translate User Requirements: Convert collected user needs into a detailed RFI, ensuring alignment and approval from key stakeholders.
• Vendor Engagement: Share the RFI with potential vendors and maintain clear, consistent communication.
• Vendor Pitches: Gather and organize vendor responses and presentations for evaluation.
• Integrate Feedback: Incorporate stakeholder input from vendor evaluations into the RFP planning process.
• Create RFP: Develop a comprehensive RFP using the refined requirements and feedback from the RFI stage.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within pharma/biotech industry ideally
• Proven ability to collect, interpret, and document complex user needs across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with RFI and RFP documents, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Medical Affairs – Digital Technology experience.
