Would you like to play a key role in the new strategic goal of Digital Factory and participate the required organizational developments from all perspectives collaborating with all other members of Digital Factory management and Digital Factory stakeholders?Would you like to lead managing cross-functional strategic projects and learn innovative technologies used by Digital Factory?Would you like to participate preparation of making higly important decisions?If yes, then your place is here with us as a Digital Tarnsformation Lead based in Budapest, Mol Campus.Main responsibilities:

• Lead the operating model development for Digital Factory, ensuring progress quarter by quarter aligned with the management team, taking into account a detailed understanding of how squads are set up and how they operate on a daily basis
• Lead the Digital Factory-level roadmap development, identifying blockers, risks and dependencies and mitigation actions
• Lead the development of measurement system of Digital Factory effectiveness and identify actions to improve way of working
• Lead strategic, cross-functional projects and initiatives internally and if the need and opportunity arises at clients external to Digital Factory
• Manage the work of the Group Digital Strategy Expert, developing them personally and professionally, aligning their capabilities and development plans with the organization’s objectives
• Facilitate the creation of new business opportunities and digital services, develop business cases and strategies
• Participate in the Digital Factory Management Team and take part in setting the overall vision and strategic objectives of Digital Factory

Main requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Economics or Technology
• 8-10+ years of experience, including with digital products as product manager of product owner, and/or top-tier strategy consulting experience
• Proven Retail / Consumer Goods / Mobility domain knowledge
• Stakeholder management and business negotiations skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment, managing multiple tasks in parallel
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to lead multi-cultural teams across borders
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in Hungarian and English
• Product management, detailed business requirement formulation
• Advanced usage of Microsoft Office, understanding and basic usage of data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with JIRA, JIRA BigPicture, Confluence is a strong plusFamiliarity with prototyping and journey mapping tools (e.g. Figma, Axure, InVision, Visio, etc.) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership and team mentality
