As a Senior Manager, you will be expected to lead and develop a team of resources as well as being involved in the sales process through:Leading large and complex digital trust & privacy projects across a variety of industries, areas and specialismsNurturing strong client relationships that build trust and grow opportunitiesDeveloping market propositions and identifying potential business development opportunities in Data Protection & Privacy, Trustworthy AI, Digital Trust & Safety, Data Governance, Internet Regulations & Data EthicsExploiting industry best practices, Deloitte global network and your experience to create business solutions for our clientsDeveloping your network particularly in the Telecoms, Media and Technology (TMT), and Consumer IndustriesContributing to thought leadership on Digital Trust & Privacy topicsWorking effectively and lead diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contributionCoaching and mentoring junior team members, aligning role responsibilities to their own learning objectives and needsLeading in our ongoing talent agenda, ensuring we provide the best talent experienceAbout youStrong proven experience working in digital trust and privacy and leading and delivering projectsExperience successfully delivering projects and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-expert audiencesA minimum of a third level degree in either Technology Law, Privacy/Compliance Engineering, Intellectual Property, Trustworthy AI or a related disciplineExtensive consulting or industry-based experienceExperience leading and motivating teams, that ensures best outcomes along with ability to work effectively within an inclusive team to achieve common goalsExperience influencing senior stakeholders, providing quality advice based on leading industry practicesCommercial experienceGood knowledge of or exposure to machine learning, artificial intelligence techniques, trust by design approachesStrong Understanding of TMT and Consumer industry structure and cultureIf you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
