What is the job about?
As Digitalization Specialist, you will be part of the department “Reporting CoE”, and thusly be part of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), which is part of Corporate Finance and overall responsible for financial planning and performance management.
The purpose of the department “Reporting CoE” is to provide financial support to the FP&A business partners, especially with planning, reporting, master data tasks and routine analytics.Your main responsibilities:
- Represent Reporting CoE Digital Excellence team in priority development projects
- Coordinate subject matters across Digital Excellence
- Continuously support team with expertise in relation to the dedicated projects of them
- Act as a digitalization specialist supporting Reporting CoE Mgmt/Finance Business Partners on developing and optimizing Power BI based dashboards owned and managed by Reporting CoE.
- Continuously look for efficiency gains by optimizing/automating data flows and dashboard updates to improve both the quality and timing of performance reporting.
- Support planning process and deep dive analytics by developing tools capable of simulating financial impact of various scenarios
- Collaborate closely with both the Finance Business Partners and Finance Business Architects to ensure timely and accurate implementation of new business requirements.
- Apply/share best practice, global standards, policies and processes and maintain an up-to-date professional knowledge in terms of Power BI and other reporting platforms at Grundfos
Your backgroundWe imagine that you have:
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Information Technology
- Min. 3 years of experience within reporting, dashboard and simulation model development
- High level of understanding Business intelligent models
- Ability to oversee complex relations
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to work on complex issues
- Dedicated to delivering work of consistently high quality with tight deadlines
- Self-driven and proactive in building knowledge and expertise
- Conscientious and systematic approach to work and problem solving
- Excellent Power BI, Power Query and Microsoft Office skills
- SAP ERP, SAP BW, TM1py and SQL experience is an advantage
- High level of English
- Enjoy working cross-culturally and have excellent collaboration attitude
