Director, Clinical Operations
Are you ready to embrace a new opportunity? We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our leadership team in Lundbeck Clinical Operations. We are a global team delivering the clinical trials across our portfolio and making a real difference to patients living with brain diseases. You will lead a motivated team and shape the operational strategy as we strive to bring innovative treatments to patients.
Your new role
You will be an essential part of our global Clinical Operations leadership team. In your role, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of a portfolio of studies, collaborating closely with other leaders across Global Clinical Development.
You will work closely with stakeholders from different professional, geographical and cultural backgrounds across the organization and also externally including governance responsibilities of Clinical Research Organizations (CROs), as we deliver the clinical trial portfolio in an outsourced model.
As a Clinical Operations Leader you will manage a team of dedicated Global Trial managers, motivating your team and developing a high-performance culture, enabling the team to successfully execute our clinical trials.

You will join the Clinical Operations team of more than 40 global colleagues who take pride in cross-functional collaboration and share the aspiration to become world-class in trial execution. You will be part of our leadership team and collaborating with colleagues across the broader Global Clinical Development organization. What you bring to the team
-You are experienced in leading and developing people with responsibility for groups or department
and at least 15+ years’ industry experience.
-Able to achieve results through delegation of responsibilities, motivation of staff and by developing a high-performance culture.
-Skilled at managing deadlines and work with multiple priorities using effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
-MSc level within medical, pharmaceutical, or biological sciences.
Seniority of the position will be based on your experience and qualifications.
