We’ve delivered over 1,350 projects, helped more than 350 clients see financial and operational improvements, and have generate more than £1 billion of cashable benefits.Our Public Cluster has achieved impressive year on year growth and our Local Government practice has played a pivotal role in that – we have a clear vision for the next 5 years which will enable us to grow our presence even further in the market, broaden our impact and deliver even more for our clients – to support this, we are now actively looking for a number of highly experienced senior leaders to join the team on this exciting journey.For these specific vacancies, we are looking for passionate leaders with substantial experience of delivering impactful operational improvement focussed work across clients in Local Government and/or broader Public sector; you will possess deep expertise in those sectors, exceptional account leading and market engagement skills together with a passion and enthusiasm for driving change and delivering results.Proven management consulting background with strong experience of delivering complex transformation programmes across Public sector clients is essential; we have two roles available where one will be key in driving/managing key accounts and the other will need experienced professionals with a track record of enhancing propositions with the use of digital in complex environments.Finally, and most importantly, you will possess a high level of self-awareness, the gravitas of a senior leader and a desire for further development with the resilience and energy to make a difference.BenefitsAt Newton, we take rewards seriously and have taken care to put together a comprehensive and appealing set of benefits for you as a Director.
