• Developing and implementing marketing and commercial strategies

• Executing the annual marketing and sales plan

• Increasing sales revenue and exploring new markets

• Enhancing customer retention and satisfaction

• Planning and executing effective marketing campaigns

• Managing international distributors and partners

• Leading and developing middle management

• Ensuring timely completion of projects and tasks

Required competencies

• Higher education degree in economics, marketing, or sales

• At least 5 years experience in the medical technology industry in Sales and /or Marketing Manager position

• Several years of leadership experience in an international environment

• Excellent strategic thinking and leadership skills

• Proficiency in English at a negotiation level (additional languages are an advantage)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Innovative mindset and analytical thinking

• Result-oriented approach and strong customer relationship skills
