JOB OVERVIEW
Co-Lead the execution and governance of a high-impact turnaround program for the consumer Color business, by driving cross-functional alignment, ensuring disciplined delivery of strategic initiatives, and embedding a culture of speed, accountability, and innovation.
RESPONSIBILITIES

-Program Leadership & Governance: oversee the portfolio of transformation projects across Consumer Beauty Color business and establish robust governance frameworks, including steering committees, KPIs, and reporting cadence.
-Performance Tracking: monitor financial and operational impact of initiatives.
-Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with external consultants, Consumer Beauty Leadership team and key stakeholders to remove barriers and accelerate delivery.
-Senior Stakeholder Management: build trust and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership to secure sponsorship and resolve escalations quickly.
-Change Management: champion cultural transformation aligned with program behaviors: Act fast, be bold, progress over perfection.

-Program & Portfolio Management: expertise in governance, risk management, and milestone tracking; proficient in PMO tools and methodologies.
-Financial Acumen: understands P&L drivers, cost optimization, and ROI analysis. Links transformation initiatives into measurable financial outcomes.
-Communication & Influence: clear, concise, and persuasive in written and verbal communication. Skilled in preparing executive-level dashboards and presentations. Comfortable with ambiguity and complex problem-solving.
-Change Leadership: influences cultural agility and accountability; designs and executes communication strategies for stakeholder engagement.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree desired.
-Multiple years of progressive leadership in transformation, strategy, or PMO roles.
-Desired (i) track record in large-scale turnaround programs, ideally within beauty or FMCG sectors, (ii) experience managing cross-functional teams in complex portfolios under tight timelines, (iii) exposure to consulting environments or working closely with external advisors.
-Fluency in English required.
Location: preferred location Amsterdam, flexible to consider Europe & UK based (no relocation offered)
